The Ivy
The Ivy is the half-basement apartment in our 3-unit building, a 1-minute walk from Wrigley Field in Wrigleyville. Two bedrooms, sleeps four, 850 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 300 Mbps WiFi, Smart TV with Live TV, central air conditioning and heat, keypad self check-in, and pets are welcome. Bedrooms have double-pane windows for soundproofing.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room that doubles as the best seat on the block. We have done our best to make it feel like a real home: proper kitchen knives, fast WiFi, and a smart TV loaded with streaming apps. Nothing was an afterthought.
Check-in is keypad only, no lockbox, no waiting around. We send your personal code 2-3 days before arrival, and we are available by text the whole time you are here.

One Minute from Wrigley's Front Gate
The building is directly across from Wrigley Field. Walk out the front door and you are at the bleacher entrance in under a minute. No transit, no rideshare, no parking hunt.
Soundproofed Bedrooms
The bedrooms have double-pane windows specifically for the noise that comes with being next to Wrigley and transit. Game night, concert night — the bedrooms stay quiet.
Two Separate Bedrooms
Sleep four comfortably. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Everyone gets their own space, their own morning routine, their own bed.
Full Kitchen, Cook at Home
Full stove, oven, dishwasher, cookware, and all the basics. Cook breakfast before the game or make dinner after. You are in a real apartment, not a hotel room.

Check-in and check-out
Early check-in and late check-out are often available on request, just text us a day before. On game days we ask everyone to be out by 11am sharp so we can turn the unit around in time.
Cancellation policy
Cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancel within 5 days and the first night is non-refundable. Cancel after check-in and the remaining nights are non-refundable. We never charge a cancellation fee on top of that.

The layout
Enter the building from the main door on Wilton Avenue, then take 15 steps down to the half-basement unit (the lowest of the three apartment doors). You walk into an open living and dining space with the kitchen at the back. Both bedrooms are off the main living area, each with a queen bed and double-pane windows. One full bathroom. 850 sqft.

How this unit compares
The Ivy is the half-basement apartment — 12 steps up to the building porch, then 15 steps down to the unit. Compared to The Addison and The Marquee, you get a lower, more private feel and soundproofed bedrooms at the same 850 sqft. Same proximity to Wrigley, same pets-welcome policy, same 2-bed layout.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. A pet fee applies and varies by stay. Please message us about your specific pet before booking so we can confirm fit and share the exact fee.
What floor is this unit on?
Garden Level, the half-basement floor of our 3-unit building. It is the closest unit to the sidewalk and the bleacher entrance. The other two apartments sit above.
Is there parking included?
Yes. We provide a free residential street-parking pass (1 per night) for resident-only streets. Spots are not 100% guaranteed since it is street parking. Honestly, we recommend skipping the car. The Red Line is right next to the building.
What is the noise level during games?
Wrigleyville is energetic, especially around games and concerts. You will hear the crowd and the marquee from the living room, which most guests love. If you are a very light sleeper, this apartment may not be ideal.
Can we cook full meals?
Yes. Full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, and all cookware included. Coffee maker in the morning, prep dinner at night.
How do we check in?
Self check-in with a smart lock. You will get your own personal code 2-3 days before arrival. No keys, no waiting, no front desk.
